I am a March 2009 mommy and we had an amazing group of ladies with NO drama and have continued on to be great friends on a new board.

TWW was a very important part of my pregnancy and I shared more things with my DDC ladies than some friends in real life. I don't want to see you guys go down the road of April and other DDC that couldn't get past each other's differing opinions and they fell apart.

I'm not trying to butt my head in where it doesn't belong but this is a very special time in your life and the ladies on here are full of amazing stories and information. Things you read in print can be taken the wrong way very easily.

There are very passionate topics that are for sure going to cause drama: FF vs. BF, circ vs. no circ and bedsharing vs. no bedsharing. CIO vs. not CIO, etc. Sure discussion is a healthy thing but the key is to not get personal. That's how we discussed everything and lived to tell about it.

Just my advice, enjoy each other and with time, you will all grow to really care about everyone's triumphs and tragedies and once your LOs get here, that's when the fun really begins.

Hugs and us 2009 March Mommies will be cheering you on and hopefully you can get a hold of your preggo hormones and take a chill pill We've been there, trust us. This time in your life is too short to be spent bickering and if you do have a beef with someone, PM is the way to go!

lol tori i love the post! i think it needed to be said. i think your going to get a few hate posts though some just dont know how to be drama free and let things go. just look what happened to our march advice post LOL

I saw that I posted on the "drama" thread itself. I think I got a nasty comment back from randomacts unless I'm reading it wrong?!?! I don't think she is very nice, just my opinion.

I felt a little defensive when I read that. What, don't you be snippy with he 09 mama... you don't want to go there! (that's me being a bad ass- can you tell?)

Honestly, I think we dealt with stuff so well because I really feel that we all respectful of eachothers parenting choices. I mean, if I posted about getting wasted at 20 something weeks I know I would get flack- lol (and rightly so)... but BFing CIO, Cric, No circ... whatever- as long as your baby is happy and healthy- KWIM?

There will never be another March 09 DDC We rock!!!!

I posted some more advice after Tori... although it probably wasn't necessary.

I actually like Random... she has helped a lot of people. Sometimes she does get some shit when it isn't deserved (like on an announcement thread) due to her bluntness on other posts. Despite the fact that her delivery can be harsh, the March '10 mommies may benefit from her wealth of knowledge about BFing, etc.
